"There were a lot of mixed reviews about the hotel so initially I was hesitant to book, but I’m so glad I did. The staff were all very friendly, from check in to check out to even the staff placed throughout the hotel, including Valet. They were all very warm, friendly, and not hesitant to ask if we needed assistance. The staff at the gym were also very kind as well. It’s been a long time since I went somewhere..."

"Great location! A renovated historic hotel. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The breakfast buffet on the 19th floor was top notch. The chocolate croissant is a standout and one of the best I’ve ever had. The inclusion of the Sporting Club (a 4 story gym facility) as the hotel gym makes this a unique experience for those that can take advantage of it."

"I stayed at the hotel for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property features beautiful décor, and the room was both comfortable and well appointed. Front desk service was friendly and professional, contributing to a smooth arrival and stay. The restaurant staff during dinner service was welcoming and attentive. However, the host at Sunday brunch appeared overwhelmed, which slightly affected the experience. Additionally, although I was guaranteed a late checkout, housekeeping still knocked on my door,..."

"The Bellevue is officially one of my favorite stays. The one-bedroom suite was so comfortable it felt like my own private apartment. I loved the blend of historic charm and impeccable maintenance. Special shoutout to the guest services team for being so nice and professional. Also, the fact that I actually used the Sporting Club gym (and I never work out on vacation) says everything you need to know about how great this place is. Can’t wait to return!"

"The Oblates of St. Francis to Sales hosted a very successful fundraising event at this classic hotel. Elegant, snappy, and warm. The cocktail hour could have been the main event, with beverages and an extraordinary assortment of food stations, touting offerings from various cultures, located around every corner. The staff provided Grade A hospitality and you never had to go looking for them. The ballroom was magnificent. The hotel is located on South Broad Street and is convenient to all..."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Bellevue Hotel! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff (Genesis and Mike (?)) were incredibly friendly and kind to my children, which made the experience even more special. My son lost his truck in the lobby as we were checking in on a busy holiday weekend, and it was found and returned to him by the front desk staff the next day! We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a..."

"On a positive note, the staff was exceptional; the welcoming atmosphere and high level of service from the front desk team truly stood out. However, I encountered a significant issue with the climate control in my room. Despite the spacious and well-appointed layout, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at a constant 78 degrees throughout my stay. While I managed to make it work, the lack of a comfortable sleeping environment was disappointing for a property of..."

"It was a wonderful, beautiful hotel. The location was convenient for sightseeing, and while the valet parking was expensive, the male attendant carried our heavy bags up the stairs to the lobby and put them all on a cart. The young woman and man at the reception were rude. Our room was delayed, making us wait over an hour. By the time it was ready, our luggage hadn't arrived, so we had to call them ourselves. However, the welcome drink..."
